Mr. Hendrickson, 37, had been serving in the role of Senior Vice President since joining Turnkey in 2005. Prior to joining Turnkey, Mr. Hendrickson had been in charge of consumer insights and direct marketing for Kroenke Sports Enterprises (KSE), including the NBA’s Denver Nuggets, the NHL’s Colorado Avalanche and numerous other sports and entertainment assets owned and/or operated by KSE. Mr. Hendrickson started his career with the MLB Philadelphia Phillies.
“Haynes has done a tremendous job of growing our intelligence company, not only with organic growth in research, but also with an amazing performance in new products like Prospector G-2,” said Len Perna, President & CEO of Turnkey. “Haynes gets it. He’s always been a pioneer in the digital space when it comes to understanding and connecting fans with sports and entertainment properties,” said Dennis Mannion, President & COO of the MLB Los Angeles Dodgers and Mr. Hendrickson’s mentor at the Phillies, Nuggets and Avalanche.
Turnkey also announced the creation of a new division dedicated to Turnkey’s hosted software products. The Products Group will be housed within the Turnkey Intelligence, LLC subsidiary and be responsible for:
- Prospector - The world’s first enterprise level ticket sales and premium seat sales system for automatically data appending and scoring sales leads.
- Activator - The world’s first enterprise level system for the complete, anytime, anywhere management of marketing partnerships.
- Surveyor - Custom research software systems for properties and sponsors unearthing insights to improve business performance.
Leading the new Products Group, underneath Mr. Hendrickson, will be two Turnkey executives who have each been promoted to Senior Vice President:
Emily Huddell, 29, who joined Turnkey in 2005, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of the Products Group for Client Sales & Service. David Stys, 34, who joined Turnkey in 2006, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of the Products Group for Product Development. Ms. Huddell and Mr. Stys are both graduates of the University of Massachusetts Master’s Degree Program for Sports Management.
Turnkey today also announced the promotion of Michael Mayle, 40, to Chief Technical Officer. Mr. Mayle had been serving as the Vice President of Technology since joining Turnkey in 2007. Mr. Mayle came to Turnkey from Disc Makers, where he served as the company’s lead developer in charge of all code management of the company’s Dynamics AX CRM system, integrating the system with all e-commerce and manufacturing systems. Mr. Mayle is a graduate of Temple University after serving in the Navy as Lead Petty Officer of the Reactor Operator division. “Michael has done an extraordinary job in expanding Turnkey’s software offerings and building a strong technology base and culture that now permeates everything we do at this company,” said Len Perna. “He has been a vital component of Turnkey’s growth,” said Perna.
Kyle Mathiot, 30, has been promoted to Vice President of Turnkey’s technology group. Mr. Mathiot had been serving as the company’s Senior Developer since joining Turnkey in 2008. Mr. Mathiot came to Turnkey from Cigna Corporation, where he led development and administration of Cigna’s intranet portals used by 25,000+ employees daily.
Nikolay Panchev, 31, has been promoted to Vice President of Turnkey’s custom research group. Mr. Panchev had been serving as the company’s Director of Research since 2005. Mr. Panchev came to Turnkey as a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Master’s Degree Program for Sports Management. Mr. Panchev is a former professional basketball player from Bulgaria.
