Major Version Release of Prospector G-2

Today Turnkey Intelligence LLC announced major enhancements to the Prospector lead scoring system. These improvements make Prospector's proprietary star ratings even more accurate in predicting future ticket purchase behavior of each sales lead.

Self-Learning Scoring Algorithms:
Prospector’s scoring algorithms now continuously self-update in real-time. This major advancement enables Prospector to “self-learn,” automatically factoring in the most recent/relevant purchase trends and continuously refining a team’s scoring models. This new capability yields the most accurate scores possible, for all Prospector leads in a team’s database dynamically and constantly.
Retention Models:
Prospector’s enhanced modeling engine is now capable of automatically producing and continually refining custom retention scores for each current Season Ticket Holder, thereby flagging accounts that are at risk.
New & More Data Inputs:
Prospector now handles unlimited data sources, in fact any data source tied to a lead. Now, new data inputs like ticket usage, web behavior, email behavior, POS activity, merchandise purchases, etc. are able to be added into Prospector’s modeling system and produce precise star ratings. These new data sources are now added to existing inputs like ticket purchase history, Acxiom consumer profile data, InfoUSA corporate profile data and survey responses.
New Web Tracking Module:
Prospector has completed a successful beta test with AEG/Los Angeles Kings collecting new leads from the web and tracking the web behavior of sales leads. Turnkey is working with the NHL to roll out with other NHL clients with teams in other leagues to follow.
Deeper Reporting & Analytics:
As of today Turnkey has released a major software version update to Prospector’s reporting module. Additionally, Prospector’s integration with TicketMaster now includes 25 fields for every single ticket transaction, creating a much closer synchronization with Archtics and yielding better reporting and analytics.
