What It Is:

Prospector G-2 is the industry's first and only automated software system designed to score ticket sales leads. Utilizing sophisticated custom-built multivariate regression models, Prospector G-2 identifies the prospects most likely to purchase your organization's products. How It Works:

While Prospector G-2's back end technology is sophisticated, the system's philosophy is simple.

Prospector G-2 obtains hundreds of pieces of data about your current ticket buyers from data warehouses, ticketing companies, CRM, and other sources. Then, Prospector G-2 analyzes the data via regression modeling and identifies what attributes and behaviors indicate a propensity to purchase a specific ticket product. Next, Prospector G-2 runs potential leads through the same model, which automatically produces a score indicating how much each lead "looks like" your current buyers. This entire process occurs nightly.

Utilizing the above process, Prospector G-2 also has the capability to produce retention scores. These scores continually identify which plan holders are "at risk", allowing sales teams to take preventative measures throughout the course of the season to avoid eventual non-renewals.

Prospector G-2 is fully integrated with all of the sports and entertainment industry's major ticket companies and CRM platforms.
