open Len Perna President & CEO
Len Perna has been a top executive in the sports industry since 1985 when he began his sports career as a business attorney for Cap Cities ABC/ESPN, Inc. Len's hands-on experience since that time spans sales, marketing, broadcast, facility development, facility management, licensing, acquisitions, and senior level management.
Before founding Turnkey Sports, Len served as the Vice President of Business Operations & General Counsel of the Dallas Stars where he helped drive the Stars from the bottom of the NHL in revenue to the top. Len gained passage of the "Brimer Bill" in Texas for sports facility funding and served as the point person in the creation of the American Airlines Center.
Prior to the Stars, Len served as the Executive Director-General Sales Manager of the Detroit Tigers, the Detroit Red Wings, the FOX Theater Group and the facility management company, Olympia Entertainment, Inc. Len managed all sales, broadcast, licensing, publishing and new business opportunities (including acquisitions), increasing revenues by more than 400 percent.
Len received his B.A. from the University of Michigan, magna cum laude, and his J.D. from the University of Michigan School of Law, magna cum laude. Len also graduated summa cum laude from Ohio University with a Masters in Sports Business Management and summa cum laude from the Sports Executive Training Program at New York University.

open Melissa Dean Chief Financial Officer
Melissa Dean serves as Chief Financial Officer of Turnkey Sports & Entertainment. In this role, Melissa oversees all financial accounting and business operations for Turnkey Sports & Entertainment, Turnkey Intelligence, and Turnkey Search. In addition, Melissa is responsible for human resources, corporate organization, and legal affairs.
Before joining Turnkey, Melissa worked seven years in Europe and the U.S. at PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in financial services industries. Melissa holds B.S. degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
Melissa enjoys home renovation and cooking with her husband, Adam, when she is not watching sports (or working late nights).

open Haynes Hendrickson President, Turnkey Intelligence
Haynes Hendrickson heads up the Turnkey Intelligence division. He oversees the sales, service, and execution of Turnkey Intel's Custom Market Research, Prospector and Activator platforms within the professional sports and entertainment industries. He joined Turnkey Sports in September 2005.
Prior to joining Turnkey Sports Haynes spent 6 years as Director, Direct Response Marketing for Kroenke Sports Enterprises, overseeing all of the database marketing and market research initiatives for KSE. Haynes provided market, demographic, geographic and psychographic analysis for KSE's sponsorship, marketing and ticket sales departments. His first job in professional sports was with his hometown favorite Philadelphia Phillies for 5 years.
Haynes is a graduate of the University of Vermont. Haynes is an avid skier, golfer and runner with 12 marathons and one 70.3 half-Ironman currently under his belt.

open Emily Huddell Senior Vice President, Client Sales & Service
Emily is responsible for the sales of Turnkey's suite of market intelligence products (Prospector G-2, Surveyor, and Activator). She also oversees the day-to-day servicing of Turnkey's Prospector G-2 and Activator clients, participates in product development, and manages client-facing communication regarding new products.
Emily initially joined Turnkey in October 2005 as the company's MLB and NHL Project Director after receiving her MS in Sport Management at UMass Amherst in the company of fellow Turnkey staff members Nikolay and Dave. A Boston University graduate, Emily worked with the MLBPA, the WUSA's Boston Breakers, and the Brentford Bees before settling in South NJ.
In her spare time, Emily participates in triathlons and acts in local theatrical productions. She is an avid fan of the Phillies and Eagles.

open Steve Seiferheld Senior Vice President, Consumer Research
Steve is the Senior Vice President for Turnkey Intelligence's Consumer Research Division, where he oversees all custom consumer research. During his 12+ years of experience in market research, he has worked for or called on major companies across professional sports, live entertainment, pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods, and retailing.
Prior to joining Turnkey in August of 2009, Steve held senior managerial positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb and the Home Shopping Network. He began his career at Nabisco driving consumer research for product development, sensory and consumer perception, quality assurance and manufacturing services. Steve also served as a client manager at AC Nielsen and Director of Analytics at Catalina Marketing. While working on the vendor side, Steve's clients included well-known businesses such as Kraft (Nabisco brands), Georgia Pacific, Reckitt Benckiser, Pfizer, Mars, and Kodak.
Steve holds an M.S. in Statistics from Cornell University and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Rutgers University with a B.A. in Statistics. He is regularly published in SportsBusiness Journal and Brandweek. He currently resides in Haddonfield, N.J., with his wife and two sons.

open David Stys Senior Vice President, Product Development
David's primary role is to manage the product design process for new and existing products and services offered by Turnkey. His work includes concept development and research, the compilation of product feature requirements, and participates in design of user interaction models. David also supports sales and client service staff.
A graduate of Villanova University, David began his career at The Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI) where spent five years involved with the science operations of NASA's Hubble Space Telescope (HST). At STScI he assisted HST general observers, archival researchers and instrument scientists in the reduction and analysis of scientific and calibration data. David supported NASA's on-orbit servicing missions and participated in the pre-launch, thermal-vacuum testing of the Cosmic Origins Spectrograph.
David later earned his MS degree in Sport Management from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst, focusing his studies on college athletics and his interest in marketing research. David served as the Director of Men's and Women's Basketball Operations Intern for Harvard Athletics under coaches Kathy Delaney-Smith and Frank Sullivan.
During his free time, David enjoys live music, playing basketball, and running with Back on My Feet, an organization that promotes the self-sufficiency of the homeless by engaging them in running as a means to build confidence, strength and self-esteem.

open David Highhill Vice President, Prospector
David works within the Product Development Group handling all day to day needs of the Prospector tool. This includes client set up, algorithm creation and updating, training clients, and database append needs. Previously handled the market research needs of all of Turnkey's hockey and basketball clients.
David graduated with a Bachelor of Arts as well as Master of Science degree in Psychology from Lehigh University. While pursuing his masters, he conducted research focusing on college athletics, while coaching the men's novice and varsity rowing teams.
As a transplant from the frozen tundra of Minnesota, David believes that the winters here aren't that bad, enjoys watching Vikings Football, and probably drinks more coffee than he should.

open Patrick Kuhlen Vice President, Product Design and Marketing
Working in Turnkey's Product Development Group, Patrick is part of a team that took Activator from concept to release. As a Product Director, he oversees client setup and support on the platform.
Patrick also manages communication related projects for Turnkey and is responsible for advertising, public relations and maintaining Turnkey's corporate website.
A graduate of Rowan University, Patrick holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television and Film. Prior to joining Turnkey, he was an independent consultant assisting clients with branding and public relations.
Away from the office, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family and watching hockey, Flyers Hockey to be exact.

open Nikolay Panchev Vice President, Custom Research
Nikolay is responsible for the concept development and execution of various Turnkey custom research studies. He is focused on developing Turnkey's diverse client portfolio and enjoys working with clients spanning professional teams, governing bodies, sponsors and venues. Prior to joining Turnkey, Nikolay worked for the FIBA European Basketball Championship for Men (EuroBasket). Nikolay received a BA in Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria (AUBG) and a Masters degree in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
While at AUBG, Nikolay was a four-year member of the men's basketball team, and a three-year team captain. He loves running, playing basketball (still), and football (the real one). A devoted music fan, Nikolay likes to explore the music club scene of Philadelphia's Northern Liberties and Fishtown.

open Joyce Chagan Product Director, Activator
Joyce works in the Product Development Group as Product Director for Turnkey Sports & Entertainment. As a specialist on Activator, Turnkey's partnership management platform, Joyce's primary responsibilities include product enhancement conceptualization, testing, and both internal and client support.
Prior to joining Turnkey, Joyce worked with Front Row Marketing Services located at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. During her time there, she concentrated on research, analysis, and the development of marketing collateral and proposal for sponsorship, naming rights, and corporate sales.
Joyce earned her BS in Sport Management with a minor in Marketing from Daniel Webster College. While pursuing her degree as an undergraduate Joyce was a member of the Women's Basketball team.

open Jaclyn Haines Project Director
Jaclyn serves as Project Director for Turnkey Sports & Entertainment's Market Intelligence division. She is responsible for assisting in all facets of research, including analysis, reporting, and survey programming for Turnkey's clients.
Jaclyn earned her degree in Sport Management with minors in Spanish and Marketing from the University of Dayton. Prior to joining Turnkey, Jaclyn served as the volunteer coordinator for the Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix.
A native of Michigan, Jaclyn is convinced that she hasn't brought her mid-western accent and dialect to the east coast but we don't believe her, it is a major point of contention (just ask her what products Coca-Cola and Pepsi produce). Jaclyn enjoys reading, all types of candy, and watching Michigan State, Notre Dame, and Detroit sports teams. She is also an avid runner, and is trying to catch Haynes for total marathons run (she currently trails 2-10).

open Ryan Jonas Project Director
Ryan serves as Project Director for Turnkey Sports & Entertainment's Market Intelligence division. He is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the research process for clients in all areas of the sports and entertainment industry.
Ryan received his BA in Public Relations and Political Science from the University of Miami – Coral Gables. At Miami, Ryan was a member of the rowing team. After graduating, he worked at a public relations firm in Miami. He worked on several accounts, including Home Depot and Miami Sports and Exhibition Authority. He left South Florida to attend the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he earned a MBA and a MS in Sport Management.
A native of Wisconsin, Ryan loves watching movies and football, particularly “The U” and his beloved “Cheeseheads.”

open Leigh Buwen Project Coordinator
Leigh Buwen serves as project coordinator for Turnkey Sports & Entertainment's Market Intelligence division. She is responsible for supporting the Project Directors in all facets of research including analysis, reporting, and survey programming for Turnkey's clients.
Prior to joining Turnkey, Leigh spent four years as a Research Associate at Profile Marketing Research in Lake Worth, FL. There she managed a tracking study pertaining to tourism in Florida and assisted the Project Directors in both quantitative and qualitative research projects.
Leigh graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2004 with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing. Following graduation she served as a Board Member and Secretary of the Greater Ft. Lauderdale Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association. She also recruited potential students for the University. As any other true Penn Stater, Leigh bleeds blue & white. Nothing surpasses Penn State's Creamery ice cream, grilled stickies, and hearing 107,000+ fans cheering WE ARE…PENN STATE!
As a new resident of South Jersey and a native Floridian, Leigh has come to enjoy the changing seasons as well as the variety of activities they bring. However, misses the year-round sun, warm weather, and beaches. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, traveling, reading, baking, and working out.

open Carolyne Savini Director, Executive Recruiting
Carolyne Savini is responsible for business development initiatives for the Search department and manages retained executive searches for Turnkey. In her recruiting capacity, Carolyne has worked with some of the industry's top executives for organizations such as Georgetown University, the Miami Dolphins, the New Meadowlands Stadium Company (NY Jets and NY Giants), NASCAR Media Group, the Los Angeles Dodgers, the NBA, the USTA and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Prior to joining Turnkey, Carolyne developed proposals and sold sponsorship packages for Learfield Sports at the University of Memphis Tiger Sports Properties. Carolyne received her MBA and Masters in Sports Administration from Ohio University. She received her B.A. in Communications with a Minor in French Language & Literature from the University of Pittsburgh. While at Pitt, Carolyne was a member of the Varsity Swimming Team and earned both academic and athletic All-America honors.
A native of the South Jersey Shore (no, not THAT Jersey Shore), she travels in her free-time; recent and upcoming travels include Fiji, Austria, Denmark, Australia, Italy, Indonesia and Peru. She also enjoys being active in Capoeira and Underwater Rugby and occasionally indulges in futile attempts to carry a tune in karaoke - a personal favorite when serenading the office is Bonnie Tyler's “Total Eclipse of the Heart.”

Diana Koch performs executive searches for Turnkey and has recruited and placed senior executives in a variety of disciplines including sales, marketing, administration and technology. She successfully manages and completes searches for some of the sports and entertainment industry's leading organizations including the Philadelphia Eagles, FELD Entertainment, Fenway Sports Group, the USTA, and the NBA.
Prior to joining Turnkey, Diana worked in Human Resources at AAA Mid-Atlantic, focusing on talent acquisition and retention for the corporate office. She also worked with the Albany River Rats, the American Hockey League affiliate of the New Jersey Devils in marketing, community relations and merchandising. Diana received her B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in Spanish from the Union College in Schenectady, NY.
A native of Toronto, Ontario, Diana has moved a number of times over the years, with stops in Boston, Denver, Philadelphia, upstate New York, Orlando and Sevilla, Spain. Her sports allegiances reflect the constant change of scenery, as she is an avid fan of the Philadelphia Flyers, Boston Red Sox, Michigan Wolverines and New England Patriots.

open Michael Mayle Chief Technical Officer
Michael serves as Chief Technical Officer at Turnkey Sports and is responsible for driving the development of new technologies for the company, including next-generation business intelligence software. As CTO, he definitely has the best computer monitor.
Before joining Turnkey, Michael served in the US Navy as a nuclear reactor operator, then became a carpenter and full-time student (Temple University), played guitar and sang in a rock band, and then finally became a programmer at Disc Makers in Pennsauken, NJ, where he could always find a pickup band for a weekend gig. While at Disc Makers, he managed many large scale projects, eventually becoming the Programmer Manager.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys community theater, singing and song writing, working on his house, and spending quality time with his wife and son. Born and raised in the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio, Michael is a rabid Ohio State fan and is quite happy to be working in an office full of Michigan fans because [edited for content]. Go Buckeyes!

open Kyle Mathiot Vice President
Before joining Turnkey, Kyle worked for CIGNA Corporation as an application developer in their Human Resources department where he was responsible for the development and support of their corporate intranet website and their external job applicant website. He also brings a strong background in infrastructure/operations management and project management from previous roles at CIGNA.
Kyle recently finished his MBA at Temple University's Fox School of Business and holds a BS in Information Systems and Technology from Drexel University.
Kyle spends most of his free time supporting the Philadelphia area sports teams. In addition to sports, Kyle enjoys playing or listening to music.

open Mike Koch Application Developer
Michael serves as Applications Developer for Turnkey, creating the framework for new technologies and products for Turnkey Sports & Entertainment.
Michael previously worked with Turnkey on a number of web development projects before joining the team in 2009. Prior to joining Turnkey, Michael worked in the Training and Development department with AAA Mid-Atlantic at their corporate offices in Wilmington, DE. With AAA, Michael streamlined numerous reporting systems as well as created and maintained databases for internal use.
Michael earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Delaware. He also participated in Delaware's International Accounting and Information Systems program in Australia and New Zealand.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys playing as much golf as possible, having already played Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay, Merion, Kapalua and Spyglass Hill. He hopes to have the opportunity to play St. Andrews in the near future.

open Michael Sullivan Lead Application Developer
Michael serves as a Lead Application Developer in Turnkey's Information Technology department. He contributes to the development of Turnkey's Prospector and Activator products, develops Salesforce CRM Integration, maintains Turnkey's task automation and processing system, and carries out client installation and integration.
Michael graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Computer Science with minors in Business Administration and Communication. While an undergraduate at Drexel, he worked at Microsoft/Razorfish, developing online marketing applications, until joining up with Turnkey in his senior year. He transitioned from part-time to full-time with Turnkey following graduation.
In his spare time, Michael likes to attend sporting events and concerts, jam guitar, build websites, and work on his car. Growing up in Philadelphia, Michael is a fan of all Philly teams, but is a stout fan of the Eagles.
